Delivery charges and payment:All Hong Kong local shipping orders are free.

Shipping service provider:Hong Kong local orders will be shipped by SF Express.

Shipping arrangements: All deliveries will be arranged within 5 working days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time:We expect local shipping to take approximately 2-4 business days under normal circumstances (depending on shipping provider).

Once you complete your shopping order on our platform, the delivery process will start immediately. Regardless of the quantity of goods you purchase, we provide delivery service, and the delivery range is limited to Hong Kong.
After receiving your order information, the merchant will immediately prepare for the sorting and packaging of the goods to ensure that the goods are shipped in the best condition. After completing the preparation, the merchant will choose the appropriate type of transportation based on the actual situation, which may be express delivery, logistics, etc., and all freight incurred during the transportation process will be borne by the merchant, and you do not need to pay extra.
During the transportation of goods, you can track the transportation status of the goods in real time through the logistics order number obtained from the order details page and the query portal provided on the official website or platform of the corresponding logistics company.
When the goods arrive at the delivery address, the delivery staff will deliver them according to the delivery address filled in your order. If you are not at the designated location at the time of delivery, the delivery person will usually try to contact you to negotiate a time for re-delivery or arrange to place the goods at a suitable collection point.
If you need to return the goods for some reason after receiving them, you can go to the "Refund and Return Policy" interface of our platform, which details the specific process and relevant regulations for returns. Please refer to the instructions on this interface for operation.
